The nose reveals clear aromas of fruit and flowers such as: Cantaloupe melon, green tea, jasmine and a hint of Mediterranean herbs.
Its long-lasting elegance expresses on the palate through its most refined body, followed by a surprising freshness and mouth-watering minerality.
Grape variety: Malvasia Istriana, maximum 2 kg per plant on 10 hectares cultivated 50 meters from the sea.
