TROIS – EXTRA BRUT
The sparkling wine is created by combining three vintages of Istrian Malvasia:
2009vintage: grapes macerated for 6 days then the wine matures for three years in steel tanks
Vintage 2010: the wine ages for two years in oak barrels
Vintage 2011: the wine ages for one year in steel tanks
In 2012, secondary fermentation starts from the union of the three wines.
TROIS is aged for 8 years on the lees. Then unfolded in December 2020
Grape variety: 100%Istrian Malvasia
Alcoholcontent: 12% Vol.
Tastingnotes: toasted almond, vanilla, sultanas and peaches in syrup
Servingtemperature: 8 – 10 C °
Aromas: unsettling mouth, surprising notes of ripe fruit, extraordinary persistence.
Pairings: excellent for aperitifs, all meat dishes and desserts
